James A. Warner and Judia Warner-Healey Family Memorial Scholarship

Established in 2017 by James A. Warner. Initial recipients must be full-time consistent with University policy, maintain a minimum GPA of 2.5 and show academic promise. They will be selected according to these principles and the following guidelines: Category 1: Three (3) scholarships will be awarded to incoming freshman, commuter students with a permanent address within Broome, Tioga, Cortland, Chenango and/or Delaware County. One of the three students must be enrolled in Harpur College of Arts & Sciences. Students living on the Binghamton University campus are not eligible for this category.
