Strelzyn-Witt A-OK, Acts of Kindness Scholarship

Established in 2018 by Dr. Marjorie J. Strelzyn-Witt ‘81 and Dr. Barry R. Witt ’80 to recognize students who have made a positive impact on the community through an act of kindness. To be considered for this scholarship students may nominate themselves or be nominated by a fellow peer, faculty or staff member of Binghamton University. Selection will be based on an essay and one supporting statement describing the student’s act of kindness and positive impact on the community. Eligible recipients must be full-time and have a minimum GPA of 2.0. Preference will be given to rising sophomore or junior student.
