Dr. Roy A. Kaplan '66 and Barbara Kaplan Harpur College Scholarship

Established in 2019 by Dr. Roy A. Kaplan ’66. This scholarship will be awarded to a full-time undergraduate student in Harpur College of Arts & Sciences. Recipient must have demonstrated financial need as determined by the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) and have academic merit (3.0 GPA or higher). The recipient must be a first generation college student. The recipient may retain the scholarship until the completion of their undergraduate degree from Binghamton University as long as they continue to meet the criteria above.
