Dr. G. Clifford and Florence B. Decker Foundation Scholarship

Established in 1989, awards scholarships for nursing students within a 60-mile radius of Broome County. The endowment also helps to fund faculty research and professional development at the doctoral level, and it supports the school’s accelerated baccalaureate program.
A review of qualified students is done based on donor terms, recipients are selected in the Spring for the following academic year.
