Paul E. and Ethel M. Smiley Scholarship

Established in 2022 through the estate gift of Ethel M. Smiley. This fund will provide undergraduate scholarships to University students based on financial need as determined by the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA). The funds will provide for at least three recipients annually and is renewable as long as the students remain in good academic standing (3.0+ GPA). Binghamton University Foundation will utilize these funds for today’s needs while retaining flexibility to meet the unforeseen future needs of our students
