R. Ruth and Charles Owens Memorial Scholarship

Established with a bequest gift from Patricia L. Owens Custer. This scholarship will be awarded to an undergraduate female student in the Educational Opportunity Program. The recipient must demonstrate financial need as determined by the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA). Preference will be given to full-time students who are in their junior year and who have a major within Harpur College of Arts & Sciences. This scholarship is renewable for one additional year contingent upon the student maintaining a minimum GPA of 3.0.
