UHS Hospitals Nursing Scholarship

Awarded to a full-time Decker School of Nursing student who is from a qualified minority group or an immigrant with U.S. citizenship or their children. The recipient must be a resident of Broome, Chenango, Delaware, Tioga (NY), Chemung, Tompkins, Cortland, Otsego or Susquehanna (PA) counties. The scholarship award is based on academic merit (GPA 3.0 or higher) and involvement in community service. Financial need may be a secondary consideration. A review of qualified students is done based on donor terms, recipients are selected in the Spring for the following academic year.
