Frank S. Vellucci '94 and Rosemary Vellucci Harpur Law Scholarship

Established in 2018 by Frank S. Vellucci ‘94 and Rosemary Vellucci. This scholarship will be awarded to a rising junior or senior who has completed 32 credit hours at Binghamton University and has a minimum of 3.5 GPA. Student must have demonstrated a strong commitment to pursuing a career in the law, but who face obstacles to achieving their ambition. Preference will be given to students who have made an impact on their local and/or school communities. Preference will be given to students who are first in their family to attend college and/or first in their family to pursue application to law school. The scholarship is not renewable.
