Irene S. Oppenheim/ Gabriela A. Russo Memorial Study Abroad Scholarship

Established by Gil A. Dickoff ’83, MBA ’84 and Connie A. Dickoff, this scholarship is awarded to a full-time female student who will be participating in a SUNY education abroad program in Italy or the Middle East. Recipient must have academic merit defined as a minimum GPA of 3.0. Preference will be given to a student with demonstrated financial need as determined by the FAFSA.

An education abroad scholarship application is required. Student must have a FAFSA on file to demonstrate financial need according to federal financial aid guidelines. A review of qualified students is done based on donor terms, and selection is made based on high academic achievement and financial need.
